Telesales Executive/Internal Sales/Account Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive/Account Manager to work with one of out longstanding clients based in Bishops Stortford.

The successful candidate will be able to confidently build relationships with existing customer base and generate leads for new business.

Salary £16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To update and create an accurate sales database

  • Generating leads and arranging meetings for the Business Development team

  • Provide an excellent customer service at all times

  • Cold calling customers and businesses

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and make quality outbound calls

  • To follow up on leads, quotes, enquiries and customer concerns/complaints

  • To ensure that all KPI's are understood and met each month

  • Management of customer accounts

Required Skills

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • 2 years experience in a B2B or telesales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organised and strong attention to detail at all times

  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload

  • Willingness to learn

  • Must be able to work effectively as a team and lead by example

  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages

  • Ability to work under pressure and work towards deadlines
