Product Sales Manager –Hardware and Software solutions– Outstanding career opportunity with Global Market leader!
Basic Salary £42-47k + £30k+OTE +Fully expensed Company Car + Laptop + Mobile Phone + Company Pension

The Role
• We are looking to add a Channel Manager to the senior management team in the Midlands
• Successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets selling a range of document management and handling hardware and software to both commercial and public sectors
Candidates with experience of incoming mail and multi channel business communication solutions will be of interest
• This will involve working on complex and long term sales projects within a designated account portfolio and supporting a wide range of colleagues across multiple divisions on sales applications within their customer base.
• The channel sales manager will be responsible for complex value proposals and C level sales negotiations and liaising effectively with pre and post sales teams, marketing and commercial functions within the business.
• The role will involve designing and implementing structured training programmes
The Candidate
• Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of major sales success with the ability to close New Business at board level. You will be ambitious, tenacious and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience of managing and/or working with a large and diverse sales force in a technology driven environment would be useful
• You will possess excellent IT skills and a genuine passion for business process improvement. A strong communicator and influencer, you will possess great commercial acumen.
• You will demonstrate the ability to manage a complex sales process with multiple external and internal contacts and outstanding sales success in longer sales cycle solution sales.
