Job Description

Our client has a fantastic opportunity, for a BEMS Project Engineer/manager, based in either the London area or central Scotland. You will be knowledgeable in all or some of the following BMS systems: Distech, Honeywell, Trend, Tridium AX and KNX.

The Company

- Our client is a young forward thinking BEMS company who has a very bright future, with over 50 years of BMS experience across the team.

- They undertake bespoke solutions and cover the whole process from design, manufacture, installation, commissioning through to maintenance of the BMS.

- Regularly undertake projects for prestigious clients.

The Role

- As the Project Engineer/manager, you will be responsible for writing strategy, preparing design operations, commissioning systems and project managing BMS projects of varying sizes to a degree, with full support and backup from existing staff.This could be an exceptional opportunity for the right individual.

Relevant Experience, Skills and Knowledge

O Working knowledge of Distech, Honeywell Centraline, Trend, Tridium AX and KNX systems.

o Background in BMS controls from at least one or two of the products listed (Distech preferred)

o Experience in similar role a distinct advantage, but training will be provided.

o Significant experience writing strategy and preparing design operations.

o Experience of managing health and safety in a construction environment

o Valid CSCS site card

Remuneration & Hours

The company offer a fantastic package with competitive basic salary plus additional benefits (car, pension, phone, laptop healthcare) to be discussed at interview.

Working hours: typically Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. However, an element of flexibility in the role will be necessary due to variation in projects.
