Fancy being based from home, and going out to meet with businesses about government funded training available to them?  How does 28 days leave (plus bank hols) sound? 

This organisation is a large not-for-profit that has won £14 million pounds worth of funding aimed at helping businesses become more competitive in the market place.  They offer specialist training to companies for existing staff, and access to recently qualified candidates looking to enter employment.  All at no cost, with the big picture of all this being to help the UK become more competitive in the global economy.   You will arrange meetings with employers and work with them to create an organisational needs analysis to see exactly how this funding can fit in with their growth plans. 

You will need to be a strategic, big picture thinker.  You can talk confidently to MD’s of large corporates, or to smaller businesses owners.  This company values its staff… but, they prove it.  Not just 28 days leave, but every year they enter the Sunday Times best company awards hoping to become better and better at the people stuff.

About you…. Please note, we are recruiting for 3 roles, one covering Cambridge & Peterborough.  One covering Central London, and one covering Kent, Essex and East Sussex.  Salary is £30k base, plus 10% bonus.
