Job description

Product Manager required for a market leader and award winner of their SaaS Platform. The successful candidate should have a mix of technical, marketing and product development experience.

You will own and drive the success of our product and continue the company's recognition as the top-of-mind place for professionals to consume live and on demand content and connect with experts to advance their careers.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will take responsibility for the audience experience of the platform. You will be challenged to drive user growth and re-engagement. Execution of this brief will include researching, defining, testing, prioritizing, delivering and measuring product developments that provide the most value to the business.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical and creative product manager who is very data savvy, enjoys learning, solves problems deftly, works collaboratively, gets the most out of development teams, is passionate about product and is eager to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

*Assimilate a wide range of inputs to prioritize developments and define product features and roadmaps to deliver product solutions that delight our users and increase growth and re-engagement.
*Use qualitative user research and testing, along with quantitative testing, metrics and performance data to inform overall product direction and feature definition.
*Maintain a keen understanding of conversion funnel of new and returning users and drive advances in conversion rate optimization.
*Take product responsibility for rapid and orderly delivery and launch of developments through close collaboration with the engineering team.
*Run regular product sessions, to update internal stakeholders and senior management of product and development progress and vision.
*Communicate and present the vision, purpose and functionality of new products internally and externally.

Required skills and experience:

*At least 3 years experience in a product management role for digital media / rich media / SaaS / social media / email marketing platform / gaming.
*Experience of driving user growth and /or re-engagement. Ideally with past successes in SEO, CRO and achieving, viral growth, gamified experiences and high levels of return rates.
*Exceptional written and verbal ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
*Ability to take a leadership of the UX/design direction of the experience, appreciation of UX and design best practices and experience of working and directing work with UX architects and visual designers.
*Hands-on experience in requirements definition and ideating UX concepts.
*Experience of Product ownership within an agile/Kanban development environment.
*Knowledge of B2B online media, ad-tech, social media, rich media, marketing automation systems, lead/demand generation, emerging web technologies and agile development processes
*Ideally knowledge of tools/languages: SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, JIRA, Optimizely, mixpanel,, Cucumber/Gherkin
