Our client is a prestigious, modern, well-established business based in Esher, looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take responsibility for the companies credit control and administrative duties within the accounts team. The role is paying up to 33k.
You will be resilient, credible, enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude. You will be a self-starter and in this role you will have full management of the system. This means, naturally you will be a system super-user, have an interest in how a system can operate and how it can improve processes.
You must be confident and have the ability to liaise with high-net worth clients.
Main tasks include:
Creation & maintenance of spreadsheets regarding aged debtors/credit control.
Taking a lead in setting up the new credit control software package.
Chasing over due payments via the telephone, email and letter, whilst reporting to clients.
Liaise with senior management, providing sales ledger reconciliations in a format that can be sent externally.
Provide cover and be a strong support for the Accounts team.
You must have:
The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Have experience working within Professional Services
Experience implementing a new credit control system.
