The right candidate:
A fully qualified A/C engineer with completed recognized refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications and at least 5 years experience within the building services industry.
You will need to have fantastic knowledge of all aspects of A/C, including Split units, Fan coil units, VRV's and VRF's. Knowledge of BMS would be a bonus.
Due to the nature of the role and the company, general building services duties will have to be completed as required, so some electrical knowledge is also a must.

Duties:
The majority of the work will be installations within a commercial environment but the job will also involve PPM and general building services.
Tasks will include:
Conduct site surveys and inspection of air conditioning/fan coil units
Installation of new units
Fault finding, leak testing and repairs
Installation works of air conditioning & refrigeration equipment including wiring controls.
The commission of newly installed air conditioning & refrigeration equipment

Applicant's must hold:
Full UK driving license
FGAS
Relevant air conditioning qualification
