Exciting summer opportunity!
Residential/Youth Centre/ Live in - Essex
4/8 weeks
30th June to 22nd August - 8 weeks
4th July to 29th August - 4 weeks
14th July to 22nd August - 6 weeks
18th July to 12th August - 4 weeks
24th July to 18th August - 4 weeks

Earn approximately £3030 for 8 weeks and £1520 for 4 weeks!!!
Action packed programme working with those aged 14 to 17 in Essex. Participating in a number of social action days, designed to empower participants to meaningfully impact their local community and gain new life skills. This project is either 4 or 8 weeks long depending on which you would prefer and the first and second week is a live in situation.
Requirements:
-Experience working with Children either in residential homes or youth centres
-18 + Years Old
-Fawkes & Reece Care and Education DBS (£50 if not)
-NVQ Level 2 in either Health and Social Care or Children and Young People preferred
-Able to travel to and from Essex
3 stages:
1.GET ACTIVE - Outdoor Activity Residential (4 nights 5 days) WEEK 1Outdoor Centre
Face their fears, develop confidence and bond with team mates
2.GET INVOLVED - Skills Building Residential (4 nights 5 days) WEEK 2University/ Outdoor Centre
Working in a team to learn new skills and explore their communities whilst gaining independence
3.MAKE YOUR MARK- Social Action Planning (6 hours a day) WEEK 3 Youth Centre
MAKE YOUR MARK - Social Action Delivery (6 hours a day) WEEK 4 Youth Centre
Using their newly-acquired skills, teams design and deliver a social action project in their local area.

-Colchester
-Tendring
-Brentwood
Transportation:
Week 1 transport will be provided for staff from central locations
Week 2 staff must transport themselves to Essex based Residential Centre
Week 3 & 4 staff must transport themselves to Essex based Youth Centre
