Lettings Administrator - Estate Agency - £17k Basic

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and efficient Lettings Administrator to join their extremely successful estate agency; the successful Lettings Administrator will be provided with full training and a structured career path!

Lettings Administrator Duties:

  • Minimising voids and maximising rents by managing properties, landlords and tenants efficiently and effectively

  • Referencing potential tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and managing move-ins and move-outs

  • Dealing with inventories, dilapidations and deposit returns

  • Liaising with tenants, letting agents, contractors, our internal team as well as external clients (landlords & investors) on a daily basis

  • Assessing and resolving enquiries, queries and problems as they arise in a timely and effective manner

  • Instructing contractors to ensure that maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner and cost effective

  • Completing rent reviews and processing inspection reports where required

The successful Lettings Administrator candidate must have strong organisational skills and have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. They must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have property administration experience, although this is not essential!
