Genesis' Assets & Investment Directorate are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team. Do you have what it takes to understand the performance of an asset? Can you exercise high levels of data integrity and data governance to support investment decisions as well as day to day operational activities? If you are confident working with a range of asset data and you possess experience with a range of data systems, then please read on

Genesis has a diverse portfolio including residential and non-residential assets. The post holder will support and improve operational efficiency and support cost effective asset investment decisions by ensuring our asset data is continuously improved and updated on our Asset Management System (Integrator) and our Housing Management system (Northgate V6).

You will work closely with a range of stakeholders including Building Surveyors, Asset Managers, Neighbourhood and Scheme staff, Development staff and external consultants. You will use your expertise to work with these stakeholders to ensure that they understand their respective roles in relation to maintaining a healthy property and asset dataset whilst providing robust reports and suggesting ways to continuously improve the management, collation and validation of relevant data where practicable.

You will provide a high-quality support service for Genesis' comprehensive change projects to improve our asset data and continuously close our existing data gaps.
This post will be based in Camden at our Head Office. The hours for this role are 35 hours per week.
