The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be using your existing skills and industry experience to proactively sell the Corporate Boxes for corporate events. You will identify new markets globally using all resources to help with your success. A majority of your time will be focused on new business and the remaining will be managing an existing client base. You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
We are seeking a AMIC Business Development Manager with experience in Events, MICE or Corporate Boxes. We would ideally want the candidate to be skilled in meeting clients face to face. You will be able to think on your feet and use your own initiative to overcome any obstacles. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills; is comfortable working across diverse businesses and cultures and strong relationship and client management skills. Above all, you must have a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets.

The Package:
On offer for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with an uncapped OTE of £60,000 in your first year. You will also receive a company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
