I am working on an exciting opportunity with a FTSE250 Manufacturing firm in recruiting for a Group Reward Manager FTC role. You will be working closely with the Group Head of Reward in designing and implementing delivery of their global Reward strategy.
The role will involve taking complete ownership of the year end process for the Senior Leadership Team including running the annual pay review, bonus payments and launching long term incentive schemes. You will be overseeing the implementation of the new organisation grading framework including role evaluation, job families and remuneration benchmarking. You will review the current UK benefits offering, develop new Reward programmes including bonus schemes, recognition programmes and group benefits), conduct role evaluations and manage the transition to a new HR system.
We are looking to speak with those who have excellent communication skills and ability to speak with senior management teams, strong Excel knowledge and operational experience running annual pay reviews and bonus processes. Knowledge of managing a transition to a new HRIS system and experience in implementing grading systems will be welcomed.
