My client, a well known contract caterer, is currently looking for an experienced Chef Manager to oversee their site based near Cambridge. The site caters for a staff restaurant providing breakfast and lunch to approx. 100-150 people a day. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the operation as well as the management and training of the team of 4. You will be up to date with food trends and able to produce a high standard of food throughout.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
- currently be a Chef Manager with a minimum of 2 years at this level
- hold your relevant qualifications
- ideally have worked within B&I or similar environment
- be able to manage, train and develop a team
- be financially responsible and able to manage a budget and costs
- be genuinely passionate about good food and service
- be flexible, willing with a positive attitude
