Key Objective

Integreon is seeking a Director of Business Development to focus on selling Integreon’s suite of Document Services to Investment banking firms, consulting firms, law firms, corporations and financial institutions. Demonstrated sales knowledge in the area of design services, info graphics and presentation work and pitch books and should have experience in offshore delivered services. Representing this arm of the company will also require conference attendance, cold calling, marketing assistance and the nurturing of existing accounts.

Specific Duties

·Develop a sales attack plan based on market intelligence ;

·Seek out and develop new clients that fall within the scope of our Document Services solutions;

·Target potential clients by engaging through cold calls, sales conferences and educate potential clients about our solutions, capabilities and history. Work with the implementation Team to "roll-out" marketing to new firms utilizing Integreon services and capabilities;

·Act as a marketing channel and upsell Integreon's services to existing and new users in existing firm accounts;

·Participate in Integreon marketing at trade shows, conferences and other regional networking opportunities as planned by the sales team;

·Creatively pursue increased revenue generation from existing firm accounts according to annual and quarterly goals;

·Assist Executive Management with new account sales as requested; Generate new sales through leadership expertise and networking;

·Work in conjunction with Senior Leaders regarding client relationship management to ensure seamless reporting, communication and services;

·Enter and report regular Sales activities in the CRM system for pipeline follow through;

·Be responsible for existing client contract negotiation and renewal to include contract packaging, supporting data, and regular client meetings;

·Acquire industry knowledge about competitors and helping sales team develop marketing positioning statements based on the competitive knowledge; and

·Be responsible for a yearly quota and the development and maintenance of an on going sales pipeline.

·The ability to demonstrate an expert level skill in using Microsoft Office suite of products for word processing, spread sheet and database work, and PowerPoint presentations;

·The ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time, as well as perform accurately under time pressures and constraints. This position will also need to maintain confidential information and work in a fast paced, dynamic and creative organization;

·The ability to write proposals, work on solution designs, detailed reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers in a friendly, pleasant manner;

·The ability to think quickly and creatively while proposing new solutions to our client base;

·This position must also show initiative and good judgment, functioning well under pressure, able to switch gears on a moment's notice as well as the ability to concentrate in an environment of multiple demands and distractions. Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness are a plus;

·This position also requires skills of a detailed oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, problem solver who can work independently; and

·Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across locations
