As part of the Senior Management team, you will help to deliver a national sales strategy, selling and promoting training and employment products and services to new and existing customers.
*Maintain and grow existing contracts and generate significant new sales income
*Delivery of the business development plan
*Support in the delivery of the marketing plan
*Achieve agreed sales targets for business development activity and assisting in the development of future targets
*Develop business proposals/tenders for new and existing customers and reporting/feedback on customer and stakeholder visits
*Demonstrable successful sales track record
*Experience of working in a similar/comparable role
*Strong sales and marketing skills
*Top level negotiation and influencing skills
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Excellent report writing and presentation skills
*Full driving licence
