REWARD MANAGER - FINANCIAL SERVICES
Our client, one of the most prolific names in the financial services space seeks a Senior Reward Manager for an internal client-facing, pivotal role.
The successful individual in this position will be able to combine business acumen and awareness with reward strategy to fully deliver business objectives. This role will provide strategic reward support to the relevant Business Unit, and engage with key stakeholders in order to build working relationships across he business. You will support the business in the delivery of the salary/bonus review (benchmarking, reward modelling, budget information, communications) on time and on budget,
You will respond to day to day and ad hoc reward requests, and be the subject matte4r expert on all reward related matters. You will need to keep up-to-date with legislative changes, and attend and represent our client at external reward meetings and forums.
Key experience required:
The successful candidate will have a commercial background working for a FTSE 250. You will be able to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in the business, and show a proactive approach to identifying issues before they become problems. Our client is looking for a team player with strong project management skills, and the ability to coach and manage small teams.
