Cafe Manager - Aylesbury
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic catering professional to lead a busy food, beverage and vending operation on behalf of a leading leisure provider in the Aylesbury area.
Key requirements of the role are:
• Leadership of a busy catering department
• Provide excellent service standards whilst meeting financial objectives
• Manage food hygiene operations and standards in line with legislation and company procedures
• Stock management, control and reporting
Candidates ideally hold a relevant qualification and possess a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment.
A Food Hygine Certificate is essential. Experience of EPSYS stock control system would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
