Senior Practioner - Learning Disabilities - London

£40,000 to £44,000 per annum

The vacancy opened up due to the internal promotion of a Senior Practioner to a Team Manager role. The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users.

You will be working alongside the support of another deputy manager/senior practioner who will be there to support you when you first start. As the current manager was in your shoes, she understands the role of and will be able to support you through the transition into the new post.
