How you can expect to spend your day;

Do you love working in a varied and fast-paced environment? Do you like managing projects? Do you want to contribute to innovation in the banking industry? If so, consider applying for a Lloyds Banking Group Consumer & Product Management Internship.

Our Consumer & Product Management teams are constantly driving progress within the banking industry. We listen to our customers’ needs and create innovative financial solutions, for some of our most iconic brands.

Our 10-week paid internship is designed to give you valuable insights into our business, our diverse teams, and your own strengths. You could be developing our next-generation payments offering (e.g. Apple Pay), helping our consumers with credit card solutions, or be a part of game-changing innovations, like supporting UK businesses with our alternative fuel car fleets - the largest in the UK. Most importantly, you’ll develop your customer service, project and people management skills.

We’ll embrace your passions, strengths and interests - and help you discover new ones - in a learning culture that includes mentoring from experienced business leaders, networking and masterclasses. This is an exciting opportunity for you to discover more about what matters to you in your career, and which areas you’d like to work in once you graduate.

Discover what matters to you on a Lloyds Banking Group Internship Programme.
