The exciting world of SEND is currently looking for individuals that can make a difference to the teaching a learning of the young and bright students currently placed in our specialist education settings. Students with SEND will often fail to reach the same standard as their mainstream peers. Do you posses the skills that can help close this gap and help schools maximise progress? Do you have interesting knowledge that will broaden the students horizons?

The school is located in the region of Guildford and has a vibrant feel to it. The school is committed to providing a vast and interesting curriculum that is fully adaptable to the needs of all its learners. To maintain this curriculum the school is currently looking for individuals that can bring something special to the classroom. You would become a team member of a highly skilled team of staff that go that extra mile for the students or each other. In return you will be provided with a working environment that is full of interesting challenges, fun and exciting.

The school would be interested in NQT's as well as experienced Teachers. Knowledge of Maths, English or Science curriculums an advantage

In this role as a Teacher you will be:-

> Responsible for ensuring learners are supported with educational and pastoral needs.
> Supporting the learners in an exciting learning environment.
> Enabling learners to reach their full potential and progress effectively.
> Using your interests to engage learners.
> Supporting learners in a range of activities on and off site.
> Help devlope the curriculum to suit the needs of the learners.

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:-

> Be able to work with learners that have learning difficulties.
> Have an understanding of general learning difficulties and associated conditions.
> Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners.
> Be confident to lead projects within the school.
> The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
> Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
> Be interested in various approaches to education.
