Are you an expert in Payroll, but with a real passion for Customer Service and Problem Solving? Then this may be the role for you!
We’re looking for Payroll experts to join our Customer Experience - Payroll team based in Milton Keynes. In this role, you’ll become a true Xero Guru in helping our customers from all around the world resolve issues and get the best out of Xero.
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is patient, skilled at explaining things clearly and who knows what it means to provide outstanding customer service.
Our Customer Experience (CX) team are the #human face of Xero interacting with our customers to provide #beautiful support ensuring they have a fantastic experience with Xero’s cloud based accounting software.
To be successful in this role you should:
- Experience in payroll and small business
- Deep understanding of manual Payroll calculations
- Broad knowledge of payroll process and legislation
- Experience of Customer Service/Support
- End to end exposure of payroll processing
- Excellent time management
- Possess outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex issues in plain language
