A respected mezzanine floor and racking systems contractor based in Southampton is searching for a Contracts Coordinator to join the business.
Working in prestigious UK locations, they provide professionally engineered, mezzanine floors, staircases, balustrades, cantilever racking and rack clad buildings to the highest standards.
You will have some experience in contracts within the Construction Industry. And will need to be able to work within a small team of highly motivated people, have good communication skills, be organised and be proficient on a computer.
The scope of work will be from job hand over to the Contracts Department by Sales working closely with the Contracts Managers on all aspects from planning, ordering, co-ordinating suppliers and contractors, health and safety through to completion.
You will assist Contacts Manager and take on responsibility working toward an opportunity to grow into a Contracts Management role by way of managing small projects.
You will be office based but required to go out to site on a regular basis.
This is a full time position working 8.00am - 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday, and on Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm with a salary in the region of £25K to £30K depending on experience. Mileage will be paid for any work related travel.
