Up to £29,000 per annum

The Perfect Wedding Company is a bespoke complimentary wedding creation service working alongside some of the most prestigious event catering companies in London. As part of the Crown Partnership, we have excellent relationships with some of the most highly acclaimed venue, catering, and hospitality suppliers in the industry.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a sales executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Main duties

  • Employ sales skills to convert reactive enquiries into confirmed business.

  • Increase the level of sales and business mix direct form individual clients and via third party bookers/agencies.

  • Maintain a tracking system for enquiries.

  • Identify and develop sources of potential business (wedding agencies).

  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to face and written communication and overcome resistance/objections to products.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Produce reports regarding clients feedback/comments.

  • Produce weekly reports on achievement and activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients.

  • Handle correspondence related to all selling activities.

  • Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Business Development Director and Managing Partner Development and provide weekly reports of planned activities.

  • Tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales.

  • Attend client and Perfect Wedding Company / Crown Partnership promotional events.

  • Identify and maintain database of ten key venue clients and ten wedding planners.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of all Perfect Wedding Company Venues/ Crown Partnership products, selling points and benefits.

  • Maintain accurate knowledge of competitor products.

  • Keep abreast of competitor activity.

  • Liaise with other members of Crown Partnership Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.

  • Represent The Perfect Wedding Company and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times.

  • Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Crown Partnership procedures.

  • Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Business Development Director and Managing Partner Development.

    The Person

  • Selling skills are essential.

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Confident and motivated within the Events/Hospitality industry.

  • Good communicator.

  • Proactive.
  • Friendly and personable manner.
