A leading consultancy is working with the digital innovation team of a major financial services company, driving product innovation and new developments into the market. This relatively small team reports directly to the CEO of the business and will truly transform the model of this traditional industry.
They are now seeking someone to join this high performing team that helps shape customer journeys through the use of analytics. The team are responsible for delivering a range of predictive models, segmentations, optimisation analytics and technical thought leadership that plays a critical role in shaping the products and services.
You will have experience with data analytics, relational databases, tools and technology. Ideally you will have a background in CRM or database marketing within a financial services/ insurance environment and be proficient in SAS / R / SQL (preferably Teradata). You must be confident with manipulating and interrogating large volumes of data and applying logic to solve a variety of business problems and have strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistical procedures, experience in one or more of the following techniques: ANOVA, CHAID, segmentation techniques (e.g. cluster analysis), PCA, factor analysis, multivariate regression analysis.
