PSR Solutions are currently looking for a project Manager to work for a leading Civil Engineering contractor specialising in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure.

You will be tasked with administering the execution of a major demolition projects. Works such as, Temporary Works, RC Works and Drainage, remediation, demolition, structures, beams, piles.

Responsibilities of the role will span a broad spectrum covering areas including Project Planning, Cost Management, Reporting, Resource Allocation, Quality Management, and Safety Management. Acting as the primary point of contact for the Client or Contract Administrator from commencement to completion of the project.

Main Activities:

Working with/under Contracts Directors to plan works, identify and implement design improvements and define the project scope. Liaise with Site Managers to ensure the design intent is accurately communicated, resources are allocated efficiently and works are completed to the highest possible standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of project delivery and completion.

Must have the following experience:

  • Degree or HND Qualification in relevant discipline.
  • Previous Grade 3 Basement experience, utilizing Waterproof Concrete and Waterproof Membranes
  • Previous Demolition experience with at least 5 years
  • Reinforced Concrete
  • Drainage
  • Temporary Works
  • Bulk Excavations
  • Piling (Sheet Piling / Secant Piling / Contig Walls / King Post Walls)
  • Solid Technical know-how
  • Able to write up Method Statements / Risk Assessments
  • Commercially aware
  • Good Reporting Skills
  • CAD Knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • ASTA Power Project
  • First Aid would be an advantage
