Client Account Manager - Role Overview:

  • Given a mixture of 20 accounts that have service contracts for you to go in and cross sell other products and services
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activity

Client Account Manager - Skills / Experience:

  • 2+ Years’ experience in sales
  • Sales presentation experience
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience of selling to lines of business not just IT
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
