Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager is required for a fast growing and forward thinking engineering company in Brighton. The role would suit you if you have experience in Account Management and have a desire for great customer service whilst maintaining sales.
You will be working for a leading technology business operating in the security industry; they supply state of the art solutions to a network of partners throughout the UK and overseas markets. Part of their appeal to customers is the personalisation and friendliness of their team.
Internal Sales Executive:
- Engage with decision makers for their partners and build a rapport.
- Nurture prospects to sale
- Quote and assist customers in designing systems.
- Engage in customer product demonstrations.
- Keep the CRM system updated with key information.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming sales communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience / Interest in Technology
- Inside sales experience selling technical solutions,
- Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM).
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired.
- An understanding of the sales cycle and process would be advantage.
salary with a basic of 18-24k with OTE of 28k,
Future progression within the business.
Working hours: 8:30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
