Global financial services organisation specialising in investment solutions is looking for a Digital Channels Manager to help devise and implement the digital strategy for internal employee communications. Working in the Corporate Affairs team, you will get the chance to collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure that employees are well-informed, connected, engaged & productive. This role will suit someone that has led digital channel/platform development with a focus on internal communications, ideally within the financial services industry.

As Digital Channels Manager you will:

  • Own the digital roadmap and strategy for the internal communications channels
  • Take an Agile approach to development and a user-centric approach to platform development
  • Work closely with technology teams to test & select platforms/channels
  • Improve the user-experience and UI design of internal digital channels
  • Set KPIs and conduct user research, creating a test & learn culture within your team
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders and internal teams, championing digital and acting as the day to day manager for internal employee communications channels

You MUST have:

  • Experience leading platform development for internal/corporate comms channels
  • Experience working as a Digital Manager/Digital Channels Manager/in corporate comms
  • A solid understanding of project & product management techniques and frameworks
  • Experience working with international cross-functional teams
  • Worked across a range of platforms/CMS' and basic understanding of web programming languages
  • Experience managing third parties/vendors
  • Supported on content and social strategy
