Office Administrator

This would suit somebody who has had a least two years experience working in an office in an administration role. This is a support role and working along side the Office Manager who will also be offering training. This role would support somebody who is looking for progression and is starting out in their career.

Main Purpose of Job

To support the office manager to ensure the smooth running of the office

Job Specific Tasks

Answer the telephone

Open mail

Distribute mail as appropriate

Code Time Sheets

Code Expenses Forms

Liaise with Contract Managers and Sub-contractors and clients

Encourage use of computer diary system

Schedule appointments

Arrange accommodation

Arrange equipment and hire

Produce purchase orders

Produce H&S documentation (Occasional)

Manage office stationary supplies

Maintain work programme

Maintain master control programme

Maintain purchase order spreadsheet

Maintain office equipment

Archive office files on a regular basis

Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably be required by the company

Assist Office Manager were required including Holiday Cover
