Our client is a prestigious business networking company that has a number of business groups across the south.

Due to expansion they are looking for an account/ relationship manager, to assist with their partners needs in each group (4 locations assigned to each account manager).

This position would be perfect for anyone with a B2B relationship/ account management background, or events management in a B2B enviroment.

Main Responsibilities.

  • To cover all aspects of Partnership Management for 4 regions.
  • To support all aspects of event management for 4 regions.
  • To provide strategic opportunities / business development for all partners in 4 regions.
  • Maintain accurate records in companies CRM system.
  • To maintain accurate Key Performance Indicators - client retention & customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks.

To carry out and support all Partnership activity for your 4 regions.

o Look after and manage 4 regions; approximately 48 clients.

o Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service.

o Plan & set agenda for meetings, including discussion topic, external speakers and 1-2-1s.

o Venue preparation for board meetings and confirm booking. Ensure client attendance to meetings.

o Follow the companies defined partnership process both in content and timeframes, e.g. Invites must be sent out to partners at least 6 weeks prior to event date.

o Follow up board meetings and events with clients by using telephone / email / letters to develop relationship and establish good understanding of customer satisfaction / partnership progress.

o Attend a quarterly review meeting with each client - face to face during the month where there is not a board meeting or partner event.

o Maintain Quarterly Review process - discuss partnership over last quarter, agree outcomes and objectives for next 3 months. Document the evidence and provide continuous feedback as and when tasks are completed.

o Keep all information obtained up to date on companies Customer Resource Management System (CRM), such as dates of meetings, quarterly review forms and event guest contact details.

o Answer telephone calls from clients and act on any requests / queries.

o Record all relevant Key performance indicators, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.

To carry out appropriate duties such as

o Attend all board meetings and events for 4 regions.

o Contribute to future partnership strategies and plans.

Other duties.

o Establish and maintain a 90 day plan each quarter for clients.

o Maintain a high level of personal learning.

o Attend all organised team training events.

o Build knowledge of business development and customer satisfaction strategies.

o Be proficient in the use of relevant technologies and systems.

o Any other reasonable request made of the employee should be followed.
