An exciting opportunity is available for a National Sales Manager and for County / Regional Sales Managers to join a leading global consultancy now being launched in the UK. You will be working full-time and will earn a £60,000 Minimum Income Guarantee in the first 12 months with uncapped earning potential — IF you meet our requirements.

Our successful Sales Managers will recruit sales agents who find new clients — small to medium sized businesses — for its 5,000 accredited Associates working in 40 countries.  The National Sales Manager will report to the company’s Sales Director.  Responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting commission only sales agents
- Train sales agents in proven client finding methodology
- Assign territory and
- Manage sales agents to earn

£60,000  - 12 month Income Guarantee

You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role with a track record of success in developing business and hitting targets. In addition, you will possess the following skills and experience: 

- Experienced negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, able to priorities your workload
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic, able to learn and adapt quickly
- Personable, able to build relationships and rapports
- Driven and motivated to hit and exceed targets
- Flexibility regarding working hours and travel
