Want to transform our care home into a fantastic place to live?

Our warm, friendly care home could be just what you’re looking for.

Our purpose-built care home near Andover offers 24-hour nursing care to adults of all ages. It’s a luxury environment where residents enjoy fine-dining and a broad range of activities. We’re also home to a Memory Lane Community; a specialist unit that provides expert care for people living with dementia.

We’re proud of our facilities, and rightly so. And when it comes to our care, we know we must continually deliver first class service to our 60 residents. Which is why we’re looking for confident, adaptable people to join our team.

As well as a competitive salary, we provide one of the best rewards packages in the care sector. Your generous package will include:

• Free learning and development

• Profit share scheme

• Childcare vouchers

• Retail discounts

• Leisure savings

• Holiday and travel discounts

• Rewards points

• Mentor bonus scheme

Your mission will be a simple one: to be focused on continually improving the quality of life for the people in your care. You’ll be ready to join us on our journey and bring your talents to a role where you can have real impact and gain valuable experience to develop your career.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, experienced nurse. Equipped with a current NMC registration (RGN/ RMN), you’ll have a proven track record of continuing professional development. Ideally, you will have a nursing degree, or be willing to undertake education to degree level. You will also be fully supported by the Deputy Manager to undertake an individually designed training programme.

You must have experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments and clinical team working. Experience within an older person setting and supporting newly qualified nurses would be beneficial.

If this is a challenge that excites you, we can offer you plenty in return - from career prospects to great rewards.
