We have a fantastic opportunity for an Investment Analyst to join ourteam and support with developing the business in existing and new markets.

This role will see you provide financial analysis and deliver expertise to support decision making on business development opportunities. You will sit within the Corporate Finance Team and play a pivotal role in successfully delivering a large development pipeline and assisting in the due diligence work around new business opportunities. You will work with colleagues throughout the investment appraisal process ensuring compliance with investment criteria and challenging colleagues where necessary.

You will run sensitivity analysis exercises and explore the impact of changes to financial policies, new initiatives and changes to the external environment. You will monitor and report on the development pipeline and support the appraisal of non-social housing growth opportunities.

As a confident, proactive and focussed candidate you will have worked in a similar role. You will have experience of identifying commercial investments and possess strong understanding and knowledge in identifying trends and improving financial forecasting. You will utilise your strong interpersonal skills and high standard of communication to work with our various teams and stakeholders.

As an Investment Analyst you will have experience of analysing complex information including data streams and developing innovative reports. With a background in performance and reporting you will have the ability to plan and prioritise large and often complex pieces of work.

The successful candidate will be recent qualified or part qualified (busy with final exams) ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, with experience in advisory, business planning or corporate finance.

This post will be based in Camden at our Head Office. The hours for this role are 35 hours per week.
