Paid Search Executive, c. to £28k, London, Ticketing brand

We are pleased to be working exclusively with a leading ticketing brand based in the heart of Central London. The business has been in operation for over 10 years however still retains a start-up feel. There are plans to completely re-design the website this year and expand into new markets. Due to this growth they are looking to hire a Paid Search Marketing Executive.

Working alongside the Paid Search Manager, as Search Marketing Executive you will be responsible for achieving customer acquisition and sales growth through online search channels managing annual budgets of c. £1m. Ideally candidates will have a background working in or for brands who see a change in availability of products such as Travel, Events, Flights etc.

Key responsibilities include;
- Support the Online Advertising Manager to develop best-in-class PPC operations across the major search engines, including managing a large keyword base with Google AdWords and Bing.
- Manage on a daily basis the optimisation of our search accounts to ensure that we are delivering the maximum return against a number of core KPIs that include New Customer Acquisition and Revenue within agreed cost-per-sale and profit targets
- Achieve budgeted sales and ROI targets for pay-per-click activity, whilst improving ROI through continuous optimisation and testing of ad copy, creative writing and testing, landing pages and bid management
- Keyword research to grow and optimise our keyword portfolio
- Keep abreast of the latest PPC trends to ensure our PPC operation remains cutting edge
- Support in the implementation and management of display, remarketing and social campaigns on channels like the Google Display Network and Facebook.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Post campaign analysis and evaluation

Key skills and background required;
- Proven track record working in Search Marketing either agency or client side, ideally in a ticketing industry or a similar fast moving sector.
- Highly analytical - able to absorb large amounts of data in order to make decisions and provide solutions backed by a strong Google Analytics knowledge
- Highly numerate individual with exceptional level of detail
- Fast learner; able to quickly grasp all key tools/technology
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, able to use Pivot Tables and formulas like VLookUp, be able to create charts and graphs.
- Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results
