A multinational law firm are looking for a 2x Billing Coordinators to join their busy team in their London headquarters. You will support the Billing Advisors, Assistant Billing Manager and Billing Manager.

Responsibilities of a Billing Coordinator

  • Face to face meetings with partners
  • Ensuring procedures, policies and agreements are followed
  • Amending, authorising and printing bills
  • Working alongside the collections team to deliver results
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Legal industry and billing processes
  • Delegating tasks to the Billing Assistant when necessary
  • Accurately maintaining and updating the systems
  • Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
  • Achieving monthly billing targets
  • Presenting back to the Assistant Billing Managing in a prompt manner
  • Ad hoc responsibilities

About you

  • Strong customer service and ability to understand their needs and requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience working in a billing revenue team
  • Experience in professional services industry would be beneficial
  • Good systems knowledge required including Excel
  • Proactive and proven ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Solid understanding of financial processes
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels
