Do you have social media management experience and are looking for a role supporting the operations manager? Your duties as the social media assistant, within the hospitality and catering industry will include:

  • Attending all management meetings
  • Managing all social media (Instagram/Twitter/Pinterest etc.)
  • Visiting all sites and liaising between sites and senior management team
  • Dealing and managing all incoming inquiries
  • Taking charge of the management system used
  • Overseeing some rota's

Experience required for the social media assistant role in London:

  • Some hospitality experience would be preferred (either front or back of house)
  • Experience with using a POS system previously
  • Working within a support based role
  • Excellent social media experience
  • Some knowledge of London's hospitality industry
