Graduate Management Trainee
Alpha Schools is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic, and aspirational Graduate Management Trainee to join our Head Office Team. Alpha Schools owns and operates fourteen independent, co-educational preparatory and secondary schools across the UK.
You will have be joining a small multi-disciplinary team working across all areas of Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and General Administration supporting the groups varied portfolio of schools. Sample tasks would include:
- Managing queries on the phone and via email from internal and external contacts.
- Reviewing candidate’s CVs for interview, monitoring the efficacy of adverts placed online or in print.
- Researching and helping to write and implement policies and procedures relating to Head Office or individual schools.
- Support the writing of schools’ websites, and other marketing material, offering strong proofreading and written skills.

You will be able to work closely with all members of the Head Office team, ensuring you work with a thorough understanding of all aspects of the school business.
