Trainee Benefits Technician

We have a vacancy for a Trainee Benefits Technician on a 12 month fixed term contract. The position is a learning, training and development opportunity to offer a first step to commencing a career in a financial environment. The role reports to the Member Services Team Leader and as part of the team you will provide support to the benefits administration service. Additionally you will assist with the development and testing on computer system platforms as required.
To be considered for this role you will need:
Grade C or above in mathematics and English at GCSE
To be computer literate
A levels or equivalents in academic subjects
A willingness to learn and train in a financial office environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
It is desirable that you have office/administrative experience.
This is a full time position (35 hours per week) located in our offices in London (EC2R 7AF). Benefits include flexi hours, contributory pension scheme, 26 days annual leave and private medical insurance.
