Having recently secured an IT support contract for a well-recognised global consultancy firm near Bond Street; this company requires a full time on-site IT support professional to assist users with any problems the remote helpdesk are not able to resolve.

The role involves predominantly 2nd line support and will be varied however predominantly focused on end-user support with some server support from time to time. You may also be required to travel to some of the other international offices to assist with either the setup of new offices or support of existing offices.

You will work closely with the IT support team and the IT Director to ensure that the on-site tasks and projects are delivered in a timeous and efficient manner.

- 5 - 8 years' proven IT support experience
- Confident individuals with excellent communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable manner
- Native-level English speaking
- Good work-ethic
- Ideally 2:1 degree
- On-site client facing experience is essential
- Natural trouble-shooter
- Comfortable working in a team as well as under one's own initiative.

- Desk-side user support
- Working within a ticketing system
- Being the on-site engineer for the remote support desk
- Dealing with high-pressure assistance requests
- Resolving issues with speed and efficiency
