A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Marketing Manager, Planning & Effectiveness, based in London

Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The role holder will support the strategic and revenue growth priorities of two Global Businesses: Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM). They role will focus on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level. They will ensure that a consistent framework and process is used to formulate, agree, optimise, prioritise and evaluate plans for execution, including the definition and management of the appropriate resources required for effective delivery. They will support the evaluation of core marketing planning process, the management of resources during the execution of the plan and performance of activity. The individual will assist with defining and optimising the requirements for data gathering, analysis and evaluation together with the monitoring delivery of evaluation reports in line with the framework given as part of the overall measurement strategy. The individual will provide recommendations for changes in activity or strategy based on performance data and the ongoing updating and maintenance of Global Marketing CMB & GBM dashboards and commentary to senior stakeholders and other key audiences.

The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:

  • Proven skills and experience in developing and implementing a marketing effectiveness framework
  • Experience and knowledge of Integrated Campaigns is essential
  • Leadership and/or experience of working with teams over multiple sites
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects, demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
