Due to their continuous expansion they are currently looking for a Reception/Administrator to join their competitive team.

The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Daily administrative tasks which include answering and handling telephone, sales order processing, quote generation and providing administration support to the Companies functions along with other office duties.

The position objectives are:

- To answer telephone calls, transferring to relevant department or taking and passing messages on as required
- Entering sales orders on to the system including following up all queries with the various departments
- Preparing quotations as requested from the sales department
- Adding meeting notes to the relevant ERP system, scheduling calls as required and sending follow up emails
- Entering new leads on to the relevant ERP system and filing business cards
- Providing support to all functions within the business with administration tasks

Skills required:
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Have a hands on approach
- Experience of Reception Duties and Telephone handling
- Working both as an individual and part of a team
