The team are looking for a creative strategist to join the London office. The ideal candidate may already hold a role as a strategist or be in a similar role where you are responsible for developing creative concepts. We are looking to find our client a candidate that is looking for a home and wants the opportunity to shape their role in the agency. Besides working on creative briefs with the clients the successful candidate will also play a central role in the company's overall direction and growth. You will bring a good amount of independent thinking, a mind focused on growth, a strong interest in B2C digital trends and be articulate in bringing digital opportunities to live. You will exhibit a genuine passion for consumer engagement in digital and be brilliant at sharing this knowledge both internally and with clients.Responsibilities
* Own the campaign direction and concept approach for client projects around customer acquisition and / or customer engagement. * Scope and deliver client and industry research into consumers, markets, trends and consumer behaviours* Identify appropriate tools and techniques for gaining in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and their customers* Define concepts to present to clients for their approval* Set up and analysing user research and behaviours using desk research, interviews and workshops, to generate key insights that define strategy to solve challenges for our clients* Have a stake in the end result by working collaboratively with the client delivery teams to ensure strategies that have been approved are realised from start to finish. * Support the managing director by developing and evolving pitch proposals and presentations * Supporting new business activity by leveraging trends, research, and insights to guide our response to opportunities* Monitoring technology, industry, and behavioural patterns to ensure all solutions take advantage of the latest technology and are aligned with evolving trends Experience
* Agency experience (3 yrs+) * Ready for a next step in your career and a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment* Evidence of having delivered effective concepts for clients in particular where marketing and digital platforms were used to deliver tangible business results* Experience running projects staring with top level client requirements, research inputs you're your own insights.* Demonstrable knowledge on industry best practices and trends in customer acquisition using SEO, SEA, digital display, social and media and/ or CRM, customer engagement, customer life-cycle marketing, loyalty.* Interacted with various stakeholder teams and credible to convince key stakeholders * Excellent communication skills, in particular bringing strategy to life and sharing to clients and the community* Inquisitive mind, learning new technologies and trends* Real team player, contributing to team and business developmentWHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
