As a Graduate Account Manager you’ll be liaising with customers in an existing client base, developing rapport in the effort to maximise revenue, obtain return business and promote awareness of our client’s services. Once you have a thorough understanding of our client’s unique product range you’ll nurture relationships with clients as well as responding to incoming customer concerns. There is excellent scope for progression with this unique graduate role!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the product and service range of our client in order to fully inform customers
  • Perform regular client outreach within your customer base, looking to up/cross sell at every opportunity
  • Respond to customer queries as they arise, qualifying all customer interest via the appropriate channels
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - and fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate persistency and a strong attention to detail
