Pre-Contracts Manager - Commercial Interiors / Fit Out - London - £65,000
Our client is a Commercial Interior Fit-Out specialist who design, fit-out and refurbish offices, creating vibrant, functional workplaces. They are based in SW London and focus on the London and City Market.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Contracts / Bid Manager to join their current team based in SW London. They are looking for an individual who would be oversee and have a detailed understanding of costing of projects with input into bids and tenders work.
You will ideally have a QS background and but may be a project manager with relevant commercial experience. This role will include client liaison, and you will have experience of commercial interiors Cat B essential (and ideally Cat A).
Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for the following: Assist in the management and preparation of tenders and pitches.
Coordinating each submission with key in-house managers; sales, design etc.
Take ownership and review of tender documentation.
Assist in the estimation and costing process.
Regular liaison with pitch team to ensure activity deadlines are being maintained.
Monitor operational delivery on site, ensuring schedules are maintained in line with contract.
You should have 5 or more years experience working for a Principle / Main Contractor in the Interior Fit-Out Sector with a focus on commercial projects in the London Market.
You will have a Construction Degree and Commercial experience and understanding.
