Service Transition Manager London to £60k
Service Transition Manager (ITIL). Leading household insurance company is seeking a skilled Service Transition Manager to ensure that systems are transitioned to be operable, maintainable and recoverable. You will work throughout the full project lifecycle, with a particular focus on introducing new and amended services into a live environment.As a Service Transition Manager you will work closely with senior stakeholders, feeding back project progress and any potential issues, as well as influencing decisions. Assuring test activities including UAT and OAT, you will drive efficiency improvements within the IT Delivery framework. Based in South West London, this is a friendly, collaborative environment that offers excellent career progression opportunities.Requirements:
·Strong service transition experience
·ITIL qualification to at least Foundation Level
·Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
·Project Management experience
·Likely to be degree educated in Business, Information Management or closely related subject
·Ideally, experience in the financial / insurance / retail industries
