PHMG is currently recruiting for a passionate, driven, natural leader to be the figurehead and take charge of training, developing and motivating a team of up to 40 B2B sales exec's ensuring they meet and exceed their target. - Ensure all of our sales exec's meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Ensure your team delivers the best results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and continually motivate staff to book 2 business meetings on a daily basis
- Deliver the team sales target
- Research and manage realistic individual weekly targets set by the Sales Director
- Recruit the very best sales professionals to expand and improve your team
- Drive business through the existing sales channels
- Maintain high levels of sales management and work closely with key parties and stakeholders to secure revenue opportunities
- Deliver effective training to new starters
- Deliver effective coaching to encourage career progression amongst your team
- Encourage the development of your team members in terms of skillset and career progression
- Create a thriving working environment and encourage a will to win
- Oversee the management of BDM diaries to make the best use of their time
- Maximise productivity across the team in the morning, dinner and afternoon sessions
- Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and concern
- Arrange social activities to encourage team spirit and strengthen bonds between members

Skills and Experience

- Drive, determination and the will to win
- Strong organisational, leadership and sales management skills
- Experience of dealing and negotiating with board level over the telephone
- Experience of BDM Diary management and the ability to make the best use of field sales time allocation
- Proven leadership of a successful sales team
- Dynamic, energetic, ambitious, positive and enthusiastic
- Dedicated team player with drive and initiative
- Articulate and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet and exceed set realistic targets
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
