Operations Team Leader that has excellent management and leadership skills with a ‘hands on’ approach is required for a Global Company based in Staines, Surrey.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will have excellent management and leadership skills. You will also be highly organised with excellent time-management and customer service skills. Previous experience working in a management role within the NHS / Healthcare industry would be highly desirable.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Operations Team Leader that has excellent management and leadership skills with a ‘hands on’ approach to managing the team.
Working as the Operations Team Leader you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day service delivery, ensuring your team of Ambulance Drivers, Paramedics and other Healthcare professionals are meeting agreed SLA’s, which will involve reporting daily activity to the Management Team.
As the Operations Team Leader you will have direct line management responsibility for the operational staff, which includes Ambulance Drivers, Paramedics and other Healthcare professionals, ensuring that everything is in place, so that they are able to start work and be deployed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
The Operations Team Leader is also responsible for ensuring accurate communication at all times between all stakeholders and operational staff working at the site.
At all times you must ensure patient safety and reduction in harm to patients, self, colleagues and others by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices.
