My client is the UK's fastest growing Software as a service providers with a huge consumer electronics client base across the UK. Every day, thousands of customers use their software to enhance efficiency, lower spend, staff training and enhances sales drives.

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Sales Manager with proven experience, and an impressive track record within the industry.

The work at my client is diverse and challenging, with no two days the same. You won't have a base and will spend most of the time in front of clients, eventually building your own vibrant sales team.

You'll easily be able to motivate your staff, and will thrive on the challenge of beating targets.

The Head of Sales will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
*Attending key meetings with developers/directors and team members.
*Collaborating with sales account managers on effective account management plans.
*Identifying areas for improvement within the sales process and implementing changes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
*Identifying market opportunities for new customers.
*Meet regularly with other heads of department to ensure good communication within the company.
*Supervise the sales department recruitment policy - ensuring the best staff are employed as team members.
*Attend industry events in the capacity as a company spokesman - with the overall aim of generating new business leads - Network effectively with other industry directors and management.
*Produce accurate and detailed monthly reports on sales performance measured against budgetary requirements.

The successful candidate should come from following background:
*Previous experience successfully managing sales teams - ideally from a similar industry; this is not essential however.
*Professional trained within the sales industry would be a strong advantage.
*Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
*Excellent leadership skills, with natural motivational abilities.

Sales is naturally one of the bedrocks of the company. We are looking for individuals who strive for excellence within this field. This role is for a Salesperson looking for longevity and will eventually lead to a Sales Director role.
