The company is a successful skills training provider in the construction industry and they need additional sales people to help sell their training courses across the country.

What will you be doing?

The Business Development Executive role is varied and exciting. You will be working alongside a growing sales team to promote the company's training products and services, develop leads and book clients onto commercial training courses.

You'll be working with their existing client database as well as developing new relationships with local and national businesses.

You will be an autonomous and resilient self-starter, who isn't afraid of hard work and is able to engage and build relationships with clients over the telephone as well as face to face. You'll be a natural relationship builder who is motivated by targets and wants to succeed and grow within a developing business!

As this role will be particularly focusing on booking clients onto construction training courses, having some experience in the construction industry will give you an advantage when selling the products to their customers, networking and building relationships within the industry.

They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and so this role has much potential to develop in terms of career progression for the right person, with opportunities to develop key accounts, travel nationally and become a pivotal role with the organisation! The role will be based from home, with regular travel to and from client sites so the willingness to travel is essential (all work travel and accommodation will be reimbursed through the company's expenses policy).
