A newly acquired Washroom solutions company is in need of a Business Development Manager to drive new business forward, selling a range of janitorial products and washroom solutions into the tourism, food, and healthcare space. We are offering a conservative salary, with promises and potential to reward success with a salary increase within the first year!

The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hard working Business Development Manager based in the south west of England. You will be selling a range of washroom and janitorial solutions that includes catering products, washroom solutions, PPE etc, across the south west of England (Cornwall and Devon). You will be selling direct to owners, purchasing departments in this field based role. We are a growing company (sales were increased by 20% last year alone) and will reward high achievement with future financial rewards, promotion, and other benefits. You will also receive a new car as we have just purchased new vehicles for the sales team.

The Candidate
The ideal Business Development Manager must have an excellent track record of selling in any environment. It would be hugely beneficial if you have sold washroom solutions, or have sold into care homes and food places where we are looking to expand our market share into. We need to see candidates with a sense of ambition, drive, enthusiasm, and ability to work on the road in a field based position.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Business Development Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £35,000 (with structured increases based on performance) and with a commission taking the first year package to an uncapped £70,000 OTE, plus benefits.
